After a long trek, it is important that you are comfortable and warm during your night(s) in the wilderness.

This is my current sleeping gear and I LOVE it. I've had the best sleeps with this set up; warm and comfortable.
The Therm-a-Rest sleeping bag is BEST purchase I've made. Unfortunately my sleeping bag has been discontinued but this one is very similar, Therm-a-Rest Questar 0F/-18C Lightweight Mummy Sleeping Bag.
Main features:
Hydrophobic Down absorbs 90% less water and dries 3x faster than untreated down
Ultralight and packable warmth
Packs down small (recommend to buy a compression sack)
More insulation around your feet, neck, and head. To me it feels like a nice hotel duvet.
I tend to run on the cold side and being up in the mountains the temperature usually drops at night. Everyone has their preference, but I prefer being too hot rather than freezing cold. Therefore, I chose Therm-a-Rest -18 degree celsius sleeping bag for cold or winter overnights or sleep partially in it if its too hot. Plus, lots of people get quite jealous, hehe, when I say I had the best sleep since I stay warm as they were shivering at all night.

Next, your back and body will thank you getting the Therm-a-Rest Neoair Uberlite Sleeping Pad. Main features:
R value of 2.0= higher insulating power + resisting heat loss.
Packs down to the size of a water bottle, helps if you want to store more things your backpack
Lastly, I love resting my head on something soft and something that will stay in place since I move a lot a night. Having the Hiketure Inflatable Camping Pillow, is amazing! My favourite part is the ability to remove the cover so that if you drool (like me heh) or you don't want to get acne then you can wash it. Other features include:
Small pack size
Ultralight pillow
Comes with a strap that you can pull over a camping pad so it doesn't shift at night
